Joshua Moore Biography

I have done a little of everything in over twenty yearspracticing law. I started my practice as corporate counsel in Fortune 150 lawdepartment, focusing on supply chain management, construction, and informationtechnology. I later joined one of the Southeast’s largest multi-state lawfirms, where I practiced energy law and litigation. In my career, I havesuccessfully engineered and closed billion dollar deals, and successfullylitigated cases in federal and state court at both the trial court and appellatecourt level. I have extensive experience with SaaS, supply-chain management,construction, complex business disputes, and the full range of generalcorporate counsel transactions.

My philosophy is to emphasize the counselor side ofattorney and counselor. Often external and in-house corporate counsel areobstacles and not facilitators. I find that clients need a trusted counselorwho can help them figure out how to do something, not give them reasonswhy not to do something.

I obtained my Juris Doctor degree cum laude from the Universityof Georgia School of Law,. I am admitted to practice law in the states of NewYork, Georgia, and Colorado.
